Return window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn (tried on indoors only), clean, and in their original box and packaging.
• Items showing wear on the soles cannot be accepted.

How to return

Email info@pioneerpathconsulting.com with your order reference. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

For a different size, return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
