Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Rates
- Flat rate: $8.00 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (after discounts).
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is completed. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number to the address you provided.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at info@pioneerpathconsulting.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
